Karat will evaluate each IVE’s month-over-month performance and award bonuses for each client/BBM interview completed in the subsequent month. You can find this information in your IVE Dashboard -> Your Snapshot -> Interview Earning.
- Interview Ends Early
If the interview lasts 15-plus + minutes OR the coding question is presented before the interview ends is ended early, an Interview Engineer may bill for the full rate. If no coding question was presented and the interview lasted less than 15 minutes, only the half-rate is due.
- Billing for On-Demand Interviews
If you are unable to reclaim the interview as the original IVE or be fully booked as the new IVE who conducts the interview, you will not be eligible to bill for a late cancel fee.
- Billing notice for QQ violations, performance violations, or other serious violations:
In the event of a QQ violation or active suspension, Karat reserves the right to remove an Interview Engineer from any scheduled interviews. If removal occurs, Karat will not issue payment such as late cancellations due to violating policy by improper question qualification.
